1． Daily inspection and maintenance
　　（1） Inspect the tensity and status of V shape strap. The tensity of V shape strap should be kept in prescribed range. When the strap is loose, it will cause skid and be damaged prematurely; when the
strap is over tight, it will damage the bearing of the compressor. It is very import to inspect tensile force of the strap every day. If there is any disrepair, please replace it.
　　（2） Inspect and ensure all installation bolts and parts of machine team are not loose. And there is no peculiar smell and dirty foreign materials. And seal is good.
　　（3） Inspect refrigerant
　　　　a. When generator runs, inspect with liquid sight glass. If there is no air bubble, it means normal volume and indicates that refrigerant charge is enough.
　　　　b. If there is much air bubble, it means refrigerant is not enough. Inspect all the joints, if there are oil spills at jointing position or some position of cooling system, it means refrigerant leakage here.
　　　　c. If there is water in liquid sight glass which indicates that the colour changes from green to yellow, it is needed to replace the drying filter.
　　　　* It is forbidden to charge too much refrigerant to the system.
　　（4） Clean air filter
　　　a. Open the combined return air grille of evaporator and take out air filter. Inspect the cleanness of air filter and wipe off the dusts on it.
　　　b. If it is necessary, clean with compressed air or warm water mixed with neutral detergent. And then wash with clean water.
　　（5） Whether there is dirtiness or block phenomenon for condenser fin. If it is necessary, clean with compressed air or warm water mixed with neutral detergent. And then wash with clean water. 　　（6） Electric parts: whether any plug-in is loose and fan runs normally. 　
2． Caution：
　（1） Refrigerant is fluorocarbon. If it emanates into air and encounters fire, it will cause poisonous gas which can make human asphyxiated. Besides, if refrigerant emanates into air, it can also nip human body. So please pay attention to protection and safety when inspecting the system and operation. Such as
avoid environment closeness, forbid smoking, wear protection glasses,etc. If refrigerant enters into eye or touches skin, the following steps must be carried immediately:
　　　① wash these positions with much water (don’t touch these positions with hand);
　　　② besmear injured position with vaseline (or harley oil);
　　　③ go to hospital immediately;
　　（2） It is forbidden to open the machine for cooling when closing compressor exhaust valve. Otherwise, it will cause overpressure and damage equipment and even injure people.
　　（3） Don’t touch operating parts (fan, strap and strap wheel ) and high pressure pipe when equipment runs.
　　（4） Don’t place high temperature objects near sealed refrigerant case.
　　（5） Be careful when working near exposed heat exchanger fin or sharp objects.
　　（6） Ensure the circuit is insulated and not shortcircuit when working under the condition of high voltage power supply. Otherwise, it will cause fire accident.
　　（7） If charging refrigerant is needed, please charge the same brand and the same model refrigerant. Otherwise, it will damage air conditioning system. 　　（8） For nonindependent type air conditioner, close the air conditioner first before closing generator. For independent type air conditioner, close generator, when closing the air conditioner.
　　（9） Don’t place water near control electrical equipment in order to avoid accident caused by water spatter.
　 （10） Don’t strap pressure switch, safety protection equipment. Dont change safety and fuse specification freely.
