It is a motor speed controller made using the principle of pulse width modulation (PWM). PWM speed controllers have been widely used in industrial DC motor speed control, industrial conveyor belt speed control, lighting adjustment, DC fans, etc.
PWM stands for Pulse Width Modulation and refers to a method used to digitally control the amount of power delivered to a device or system. It involves turning the power supply on and off rapidly while varying the duration of each "on" cycle to achieve the desired output level. Precautions for using 24v electric compressor
▶ Do not bump or drop the compressor during transportation and installation, otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.
▶ The power supply can only be turned on after confirming that the line connection is correct (especially the positive and negative poles of the main power input line cannot be reversed), otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.
▶ After the compressor stops normally, it is recommended to wait for 2 minutes before starting the compressor to avoid an over-current shutdown of the compressor due to excessive pressure difference of the air-conditioning system. Multiple over-currents will shorten the life of the compressor.
▶ When the internal motor of the compressor is in a vacuum state, do not start operation or electrical inspection, otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.
