Core Advantages | Three System-Based Designs for Stable Operation

Low Wear & Durable Structure： Moving parts feature low wear. The crankshaft is robust and surface-hardened; low-wear bearings ensure high reliability; aluminum pistons equipped with double or triple oil control rings help reduce oil carryover. The forged connecting rod provides high stability and reliability, with strong resistance to liquid slugging; the small end of the connecting rod is oil-lubricated to enhance overall durability.

Low Vibration & Low Noise Operation： Overall dynamic balancing design and reduced gas pulsation help minimize noise and vibration during operation. The valve plates are made of high-quality, impact-resistant spring steel; both suction and discharge adopt a widely used reed valve structure.

Stable Lubrication & Easy Maintenance： The system adopts a reliable lubrication solution. All compressors are equipped with a single-channel lubrication system as standard and a built-in rotor oil pump independent of rotation direction; the oil filter is easy to maintain, and a large-capacity oil reservoir ensures stable oil supply. For maintenance, a modular motor design is used for easy replacement, and no press-fit installation is required.
